I have done the Weight Watchers diet for a few times now and found that Weight Watchers sell a variety of different foods to help you along whilst on their diet.
Weight Watchers do their own hot meals, yoghurt, soups, bread and much more showing their pro points value on the food packages. Eating vegetables, salad and fruit are all free on the Pro points system, so you can eat as much as you want with these foods.
