3. Vegetable smoothie
A cup of natural vegetables juiced as a smoothie is an ideal low-calorie drink. Make your own smoothie with a blender using carrots, cucumber, celery, parsley, broccoli, and tomatoes or make one of your own using other vegetables. Invest in a really good juicer.

The main highlight of green tea is that it makes you feel full, which in turn reduces the craving for food and thereby cuts down the calorie intake. For me, it acts like mood shifter as well.
