What to Do on The Total 10 Rapid Weight Loss Plan?
1. Drink a cup of hot water with lemon slices first thing every morning.
2. Eat protein for breakfast like a smoothie or some boiled eggs.
3. Eat three high protein meals each day, such as poultry, fish or eggs.
4. If you are hungry at any time of the day, then drink the vegetable broth.
5. Two snacks are allowed each day. Check out Dr. Oz's Total 10 snack list here.
6. Eliminate things like wheat, refined sugar, artificial sweeteners, dairy, alcohol, and processed foods.
7. Drink more tea rather than coffee. I always drink Oolong tea -Oolong tea
